News just to hand:
Republican senators have just discovered a clause on Volume 5, page 542,651, paragraph 14, line 3 that says money has been set aside for certain aged care technologies.
It seems, in the event of lack of funds, retirement plans will be replaced by this:

And of course there's no public option of any sort in the Senate bill, so it can kindly go fuck itself. And I imagine there's some Senate version of the Stupak amendment to the House bill, so there won't be any abortion coverage in any of the private plans offered in the exchange, so it can fuck itself twice.
