I'm just wondering, how and when can you post attachments? i haven't seen any option for posting attachments, but in the FAQ it talks about some browse button that u can use to look for files...

Yeah, the FAQ is a generic vBB thing. We just never excised the non-applicable bits.
We don't allow attachments to posts.
