The first custom enchanted item i always try to make as soon as i get my hands on a grand soul gem and manage to trap a golden saint is this one :
Used Spell : any healing spell
Item : Exquisite Pants
Enchantment : Restore health 2-2 points on self, permanent
Costs somewhat around 12.000 bucks, but i never ever have to worry about health after that anymore...i even jump off high cliffs for fun :cheeky:
Another one of my favorite one is :
Used spell : restore Attribute
Item : Ring with somewhat around 60 slots
Enchantment : Restore Strenght, Speed; Agility,Endurance, Personality 50-50 points on self, cast when used
I call this usually "Ring of Lame Curse Removement" ;)

I usually have something to give at least 20 points of Night Eye. Another favorites are to get some Sanctuary points and Feather.

I was really happy with my CE Daedric Tower Shield restore health 5 pts/sec. Then I got so hard that the game became boring. Hordes of ricklings? no problem. swarms of goblins? walk in the park. Just about the only thing that tested me was the lich in the tomb under Mournhold.
I ended up downgrading all my armour and leaving the shield at home, to have more of a challenge playing the game.

My last character had:
"Saint Cloth" (got the name from a FAQ)
Pants, Shirt, Robes - as much CE Sanctuary as they'll hold.
"Belt of Second Wind"
Belt with CE Restore Fatigue
"Amulet of Healing" (or some such nonsense)
Amulet with CE Restore Health
"Water Strider Slippers" (yes, I watched The Tuxedo about the same time)
Slippers with CE Water Walking
Glass Curtlass with CE Night Eye
"Ring of Heavy Lifting"
Ring with CE Fortify Strength
I might have had gloves made of "Saint Cloth" as well.
Game was seriously easy at this point....
I'm not buying enchantments with my current character (at least not yet)... working all on in-game stuff (got some good ones too).
