Here's an updated demo map with the air counter and some more complex underwater areas.
(

The air counter uses a bubble texture I put together quickly, but which does not look very good - the game renders its background black, making the actual bubbles hard to see. Again, make sure you back up your files first (there are quite a lot now - this is getting really complex :p )
Are there any mirrors to download TDSWaterTest2.zip from?

Thanks, there's some things to say:
1-) This tutorial aren't linked to the main wiki page, or to the T3Ed tips page, that shoud be instead useful;
2-) The making bubble section are incomplete, it not specify how to do with the editor :(
3-) (and the main) the tutorial spoke about importing the Thief2 underwater sounds, but it not specify how to do this........

Regarding 2) - which part are you stuck on?

On the entire making bubble section. There's no enough material to learn how to do this with T3Ed and/or other applications... :erg:

Can you be more specific? I haven't done the tutorial, but the procedure in that section seems to be 1) set up a potion to display the breath count, 2) add some scripts, and 3) add the scripts to invisible markers. What's the problem you're having?
