Pritchard told me to meet some chick (I think her name was Jennifer) on a Detroit street (Grand River Rd, maybe?) but the quest was not added to my missions and I can't find anyone that fits that description anywhere on the streets. Has anyone else had this problem? I think maybe it's a bug where the quest didn't fully start where it was supposed to, but I'm not sure - maybe I just missed looking somewhere.

She's one of the hookers (she's actually an undercover cop). The quest only properly starts once you talk to her.

Hmm, I talked to every woman on the street and nothing happened. Will try again.

Thanks, already figured it out though.
A real bug: in the first level, an odd translucent horizontal plane cut through my screen. Didn't get a screen shot, but it was persistent.
One of the MCBs I was supposed to neutralize refuses to open the door to his apartment, which can't be opened otherwise - not sure how to complete the mission now.
