No, it's not only you, the page is down at the moment :(
My page is hosted by a German Thief Site. The Thief page and the forums are down, too. I even can't connect with the server anymore. At the moment I don't know what is happend, but I hope our admin will show up soon and fix it.

Can you use those three together? SS Mod Manager says SSHTP and Rebirth conflict with Ponterbee. Is that a false reading? Should you install them in a certain order?

SSHTP? You mean SHTUP?
Sure you can use that with Ponterbee. Activate Ponterbee as the latter one as it has proprietary textures. Rebirth should work same way.
