coz while in Russia only about 90% hate or at least have negative attitude towards America
Firstly, it's not true. Most Russian people just don't
trust the USA
government due to the lots of reasons. Secondly, who gave you the right to speak here on behalf of Russia? You aren't even a Russian citizen. Heck, since you still didn't answer on my previous questions, I doubt that you ever visited my country.
To Poles: guys, I'm sorry for this offtopic.

90% of you are imperialists.
Your banjo has only one string? O, whom am I asking :cheeky:!

You are asking citizen of a country part of territory of which you annexed, well, not personally you, but you definitely have supported the annexation personally, as well as absolute majority of your compatriots (for those who don't know I communicated with this person on another forum), also I'm almost sure you have supported the idea of your zhirinovskiys and dugins to continue further to destroy my country totally. I'm not going to forget your 90% support of putin's actions in Ukraine.

And the reason people emigrate to the US in droves is simply because of Hollywood and the "American Dream". American culture exports itself very well, and you know it. The same reason why there are Coca Cola vending machines in the shittiest of African countries, and Mc Donald's all over the place in China.
On the contrary, I think American culture exports itself horribly. The fact that you use Hollywood and McDonald's as your examples proves it.
Manwe on 27/12/2015 at 18:39
Whether you like it or not, that's the culture your country export. And it exports itself very well. Everybody in the world knows who Chandler, Joey and Phoebe are. Everybody knows who Starsky and Hutch are, Kirk and Spock, Mulder and Scully, etc... Name two characters from a Russian TV show? Two characters from a Chinese Sitcom? I'll make it easier for you, can you name two Chinese actors? Jet Li and Jackie Chan don't count, that's not their real name.
@242 Are you Ukrainian or Polish? You should definitely take a closer look at the role the US played in the recent revolutions in Ukraine. It's pretty shady stuff, as is usual with them. Not saying the Russians are necessarily better, but at least they're honest about their true intentions, instead of pretending to be the good guys while waging war all over the world.
Here, I'll sum up geopolitics for you:
Russia: "We're assholes and we're here to invade you."
The US: "We're the good guys, we bring peace and democracy. Here have some Miley Cyrus, and some Big Macs. What's that? Civilian casualties? Unfortunate collateral damage in a peace bringing effort, remember we're the good guys."
With that being said, I know which side to pick. At least, with the Russians I know what to expect.

Are you sure? Because I always thought that Crimea was part of Russia since 1783. Nikita Khruschyov has made Crimea a gift for his homeland, Unkraine, in 1954. You say Russia has annexed Crimea, a Ukrainian region for 60 years, I say Russia has returned its old region that was part for 171 years. Who's right? Or maybe we should talk about another annexations: Hawaii by USA, Northern Ireland by Great Britain, etc? No? Are you afraid of something?
Look, I'm tired to talk with you here - you don't even answer on my neutral questions. Ok, you don't want to talk me with - I understand. But please remember the name of this topic - it's about Poland. Guys from Poland, I'm sorry once again for this offtopic.

Ah, that changes things. Obviously this justifies armed invasion.
Speaking of which...

If only. May I remind you that it took quite some time for Putin to even admit he was sending in troops, despite it being obvious to the rest of the world. Nope, let's send in mobile crematories to get rid of any bodies, and tell the families they died in field excercises. Total transparency there.
edit: bringing up what territories belonged to whom when, between 1772 and 1918, Poland was wiped from the map, parcelled between Russia, Prussia and Austro-Hungary. I guess that according to MoroseTroll, this theoretically gives Putin the right to annex parts of our territory as he pleases, huh?

The thing about the Crimea joining Russia is the fact that there was a referendum. A large amount of inhabitants of Crimea clearly wanted to be part of Russia over being part of Ukraine.
I can understand that. The Ukraine is a mess, the previous democratically chosen government was overthrown in a coup. The new rulers are just as big scum as the previous ones (if not bigger). The country is almost bankrupt. The new rulers started by exclaiming they would make all Russian influence second-rate. (E.g. forbidding to use Russian as official second language). And the mess is not over yet.
A referendum is one of the more pure forms of democracy. The West loves to do bad things, all in name of democracy. But when real democracy is in play, but they don't like the outcoming, they prefer to ignore democracy. Hypocrites.

Yeah, and in 1619 we had this huge territory as Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, and no, we don't want it back.
