Yeah bukary go on, cry further, complain on your country in the foreign forum.
This is a great example of the swarm queen syndrome and the false rhetoric that I was talking about.
Firstly, you simply repeat Jarosław Kaczyński's (the mastermind of PiS party) words from the last days. He accuses his political opponents of betrayal and complaining to some foreign forces/countries about the situation in Poland.
Secondly, you (just like Kaczyński) equate the criticism of your party with the criticism of the whole country. Kaczyński also says that the ones who do not agree with him are not true Poles. How cynical can one get? It really does remind me of the communists' newspeak.
And you dare to accuse me of receptivity to propaganda, Kurhhan?

And tribunal was always political. Media just deceived you, that this is a big, evil deal now.
Would you mind reading my last post? This "media" argument is becoming tiresome.
Of course, the tribunal was always political. It was chosen by politics. For example, many of the judges of the present tribunal were chosen with the votes of PiS party. Yes, PiS. If it bothers you, then why do you accept that few days ago PiS decided to choose another so called judges that are even more "politically" grounded than the previous ones?
BTW, I am not interested in conspiracy theories, if you know what I mean...
Kurhhan on 14/12/2015 at 15:22
And you repeat like a parrot elite groups bullshit, presenting a false moods in Poland. You espouse, false, extreme moods, that something bad is happening in Poland. This is a lie. I do not know what purpose you have to writing such things in foreign forum. You feel better now ?
For the most people in Poland like me and you tribunal quarrels is not relevant. Sorry, but you were brainwashed, that political tribunal is something ultra important. It's just a lure of the opposition to the uninformed.

There's nothing like a sentence taken out of context, You tries are cheap and outrageous, worthy the ultra-anty-PIS freak. Only the cat and Macierewicz are missing, zero arguments. I'm done with you. "Pour bile" further , good luck. Whohoho, PIS is a Candyman, run bukary, run from your country!!!

Bla bla bla... "bullshit", "lie", "brainwashed" and straw man (the case of tribunal). Like a broken record.
Would you mind referring to any of my actual arguments?
bukary on 14/12/2015 at 19:38
Councils of The Faculty of Law at the greatest Polish universisties (in Warsaw, Cracow and Wrocław) have sent a resolution to the authorities in order to protest against breaking the law by the president (from PiS party) and the government (PiS).
I guess all these professors are also "freaks" that were "brainwashed" by the media... :P

Time for argumentum ad personam... ;)
Many of PiS supporters suffer from this incredible rabidness that you can notice in Kurhhan's last post. They stand with the cross and rosary in their hands, chant patriotic "psalms" and pray for their leader (literally). Yet whenever they see someone who, according to them, is not a faithfull enough believer of their "religion" (like the reporter in the video below), or someone who is reasonable enough to overcome their conspiracy theories, they grab the cross (not literally) and use it to smash their (true or imaginary) opponent over the head. Just like here (the video taken few days ago):
(
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Spa5CBzB_4I)
Of course, they often claim that such events were "provocation" designed by some "traitors" or sinister "media".
I think PiS would be much more palatable if the memebers and supporters of this party were not immune to a sense of humor and able to cover up their hypocrisy better.

Uuuuu, post per post. I see , I hurt you and you thing about it all day.
Saw you making posts like that no only here. Old guy and crying over all the internet.

Many professors was also against it. You still biting about problem that will never personally touch you , because the media told you that you need to ?
At to the rest of your post , you're embarrassing yourself. Where is not argument starts, cat, religion, "mochery", Macierewicz. Typical. But to do this racket also here, clearly shows that is something wrong with you. Post per post. Starts over again. Sick.
But there are those people who like shitting in own nest around the web. Probably he starts now periodically paste this kind of stuff like in other places, not with me on board.

I see you do not want to refer to any of my previous arguments. That would require some intellectual effort, I guess. But I'll keep on trying... Would you kindly explain why acting against constitution of my country and breaking the law by the authorities is not the problem that should interest me?
And please, do tell us about this omnipresent cat from your posts. Straw man again and again. :weird:
Quote:

Let me repeat: stop equating some political party (that will go with the wind in the next few years) with your country. If, as you claim, I am so "old", then Poland was my homeland long before you were born. Show some respect, padawan. :p And do not try so hard to gag all the people that point out fallacies in your argument. Work on the argument instead.
It's obvious right now why so many supporters of your party hates some famous poets and writers so much and would like to expel them from schools and literary courses. Czesław Miłosz, Witold Gombrowicz, Juliusz Słowacki - they all had something in common: their concept of patriotism implied criticizing what they thought was reprehensible in Poland and Poles' behavior in order to build a better nation and a stronger country. In you words: they were shitting in their own nest. Your concept of "patriotism" requires everyone to shut up and do what they're told. But you seem to forget that it was PiS party (in European parliment) and the president from PiS party (during his foreign travels) that started to slander Poland abroad. As I said, you should cover up your hypocrisy better (or stop using this "gag" argument).
And if you are trying to insult me, at least try to be funny. Master Zylon is watching, young padawan.
Sorry for this
stichomythia...

I'm not that young, but I imagine that at your age I will not be running after several forums and presented my frustrated political arguments.

Talking to yourself again ? The sooner you realize that the issue of the tribunal is only a small, local problem, the better. Tossed for your kind by opposition, to do with this revolutionary issue.

It might interest you, but this is a trifle which you will not notice more than ever, because tribunal from always was political. Making from this huge fuss It's irrational, especially lamentations in the foreign forum.

You serious ? The party that won is the "country" in global political circles. Deal with it. So yeah , your shitting in own nest around the web with trivial matters.

Said "tryhard" guy posting memes and highlighting his "longterm" here. It does not matter the topic. OK, ok you won master, let the whining be with you. Geez.
This time really, I have no more time for you. Good luck in further political battles in various forums.

What several forums are you talking about? Another of your reliable "arguments"? Prove it. Name them.

You know what "straw man" means? Why do you keep on arguing with yourself about the tribunal? I already told you what I think about it. Would you kindly read my previous posts and refer to my actual arguments?

You logic is, indeed, incontestable. I guess we all have to agree that criticizing the party in power is equal with criticizing your homeland. Ergo: the ones who do not agree with PiS breaking the law or acting against the constitution are traitors. How convenient. Newspeak all over again. I should not be surprised: lately one of the most active figures in PiS party is former communist prosecutor.
But I see some progress in your reasoning: the omnipresent cat is out of the bag.

Hmm... bukary and Kurhhan's rabid back and forth between two extremes ironically feels very representative of Poland's political scene.
Kurhhan, bukary does have a point you're not really addressing his arguments but just spewing ad hominem at him. I'm actually genuinely curious about the rationale behind your ideas, as many Poles (such as the PiS supporters) do reflect your views.

It's not just Putin and that's the real problem. Annexation of Crimea was supported by 90% of Russians. They are infected by imperialism, majority of them. They are totally fine until you start to talk to them about politics, freedoms or appreciation of neighbourhood.
True, imperialism is part of the nation's identity. I was reading the history of Russia a while back and the public opinion hinged on Russian's military successes many times. I think there was one major battle Russia lost and people were in greater uproar over that than the fact they had no food to eat.

I mean, there are some changes to be sure, but when you take a look at the people in the streets and in shops, the way they dress, behave, what they say... Every time I leave the house I feel like I've been transported back to 1995. There are tons of poor people in supermarkets, regardless of the hour (I'm a freelancer so I can check that anytime).
Hmm, I do not know how it is in other cities, but re-visitng Warsaw every few years you can definitely feel the progress. Each time it felt more and more westernized and developing. BUT it also is the capitol, so other cities may very well be fairing much worse on the whole.
I will give you the thing about our railroads, they still leave a lot to be desired. And we still have our fare share hooligans ("zule"), bullshit soccer graffiti and liquor stores on every corner of the street, but hey, they didn't build Rome in a day right?
Judith on 15/12/2015 at 17:40
As demonstrated above, when Poles don't have a common enemy to unite against, they hate each other's guts, whatever the reason. And I hate those Poles ;)

Buildings are not the problem, at least they look modern. People are the real problem. Rome wasn't built in a day, indeed, but most of those people who could drive the change after the fall of communism did everything they could to slow it down as much as possible, and to discourage participation in political or social activities. A lot of those 25 years went wasted, because we didn't develop a modern society as well. Now, we have voters, with their built-up frustration and resentment toward politics, uneducated, expecting radical and easy solutions, having no empathy of patience for anything anymore. Even those with university degrees and students voted for the radical parties, an indication of the new low in higher education sector in recent years.
