Jellsoft's method of customer support. We get it for paying our yearly members' fees, which gives us that and another years worth of upgrades.

I was going to ask the same question actually, but if it's a common bug, I guess I can live with it for a little longer. ;) It's not a big deal really.
I have another question though - some months ago the admins were warning us about the fact that private messages will be deleted when TTLG gets updated. At least my PMs are still there and not deleted, are you going to delete them later or are they safe now?

They're safe now.
Prior to our upgrade there were reports of PMs taking ages to convert, but it turned out they didn't take that long really, so we kept them. :)
