I got a PM this evening. I opened it and read it but I didn't reply to it. I have come back to the board a few times tonight and it keeps showing up as unread in my little "Welcome, Shadow Creepr" box. I went back in 2 more times to view it and it still shows unread. Is there something else I need to do? Am I imagining this or do I just need to go to sleep now?
I have already responded to the person, so I don't need to reply to the PM.

At the moment, that's just the way things go... PMs don't seem to stop showing as Unread until you actually check them off, scroll down, and use the dropper to Mark As Read.
Hopefully there's a way to make things automatically clear from the Unread section as soon as they are opened. I'd certainly like such a thing.

I don't know why it does this. It even does it on the default style (though I really should double check that).
I'm going to open a support ticket with Jellsoft when the initial Thief III rampage has calmed down a little.

Yeah, that's really strange. I don't have any troubles with this over at the Black Cat Forums. But I imported to a new board, you upgraded - that might have done the difference!?
I'll see if it's mentioned over at the official vB forums.

It is, I even posted in a thread, but I got the usual "I can't duplicate this yaddah yaddah yaddah" reply and asked to post a ticket, which I will do.

Oh well, the support people should be able to help out in some way. It do sound like some cookie-problem if you ask me, but it seems like other features (forum-read, thread/post-read) work, so...

Yeah this is really annoying. Whats even more annoying is that the very top checkbox (next to inbox) does nothing. You have to check the box next to "today" for it to work.

I've not posted a ticket yet as I've got to get stuff set up for them first and haven't had the time.
Hopefully I'll be able to post it this weekend.
