After downloading the plugin and checking it in Data Files do I go to new game or what? I don't seem to get the plugin to play. I've downloaded item plugins like maps with no problem, but I can't get and indiviual adventure to play.

Most likely they aren't capble of using your version of the Master File(Morrowind.esm) to fix this, open to TES Construction set, go to Data Files, check Morrowind.esm and any other .esm file(Tribunal.esm if you have Tribunal) and one of the plugins in question, set that plugin in question to Active File, when it all loads, simply save it, and its updated to your current Morrowind files, repeat the process to redo any other plugins. Hope this helps :)
