Plugins that should be... - by Myoldnamebroke

Have you noticed the vast number of mysterious little bits and bobs that don't really do anything, but should?
I was just wondering about this today while wandering around Red Mountain (as you do). First off, just outside the Ghostfence. Was having a little staring contest with a Hunger through the fence when I came across a little 6th House cave called 'Sharsomethingorother'. Just east of the Ghostgate. Anyway, it's got all your usual fittings, plus - on a lower level - a 'Pool of Forgetting'. It just sits there. Don't do nowt. But rather cool nevertheless.
Clearly, it needs a little quest.
As does the glass mine inside the Ghostfence. Just what is it doing there? When I first found it I expected it to be abandoned to all but the nixhounds (and the possible daedra). I leapt out my skin as a common or garden Imperial Guard crept up behind me. And there's a whole little colony down there, none of whom seem to have any idea quite where they are. They need a plugin too.
Anyways - what else is there going on in the little places of Morrowind? What other bits are there that could be the start of something just lurking there?

Oop! Thought of another one. There's another Sixth House base east of Seyda Neen (stumbled into at level one :D). But this one has a whole load of dead ordinators in it. I'd be interested into see just what went on down there...

THERE WILL BE A SPOILER
lol I don't wanna use ttlg's methods:cheeky:
anyway in the sixh:house base near seyda neen you van find an artifact. I think it's "Robe of ST.Rhodis" Before the patch it had 15 restore fatigue and health constant effect. After the patch its "cast when used".
PS. are you good with the editor? I need some help.DS

I think the Dwemer stuff (steam engines, pipes, etc.) should do something... though I'm not sure what. I do have an idea for a plugin though. I started making it but gave up; I don't even know if it's possible.
Some of you probably watch DBZ. I was going to making something like Vegeta's gravity chamber place ('Gravity/Training Simulator'.) Inside all you fatigue will be drained to zero, and stay that way while you're in there. There will be... I don't know, buttons? Ten of them. If you push the first button then random, low-level monsters will appear. Second button, higher monsters will appear. The tenth button will cause not one, but three very, very powerful monsters to appear. I'm talking stronger than Vivec... A magic-user, a weapon user and... something that flies.
I thought that would be a cool. Around the door would be a bed and the 'control panel.' The rest of the room would be HUGE and empty, giving you plenty of space to run. Maybe I'll make it sometime... If it's possible.

Ahh, so that's wher the Robe of Roris is. I found it first time through, but couldn't remember where. This time I got a little way in before being chased away by the beasties. The Sixth House isn't nice when you're only level one :D Never went back. I think I'll have to go pay it a visit and soul trap that ash slave for causing so much panic. Put him on a shelf in my stronghold and dust him occasionally :D
