I havent d/l anything form over there but if I am right about how they handle things based on how they handle their forums my guess is your going to have to give them all past secrets along with your current underware color and style.
They are extream control freaks over there(I think they are women),my guess is make sure you are regestered and whatever else you can think of.

All mods I find I can download, but when I try to extract it to my data files like it says on the readme, it says I need a password to extract these files. What am I doing wrong.

Like I said control freaks!
The files appear to be Encrypted,they probably want you to beg for the password otherwise you are out of options :p
