Hehe, I've always just right-clicked a post's link I wanted to reference, chose Copy Link Location, and then pasted it into another post. It's always been very simple in that respect. Us lazy folks usually learn these things early on. ;)
Being able to jump straight to a specific post is OK, but I've never really needed to do that before. Who knows? Maybe I'll start now. :D
