Maybe, But try not to kill anyone that's important, they could be needed for crucial quests. I'm gonna guess you killed the Patriarch... if you do that then you cant have the curse lifted from you when you become named the Nerevarine. So that means the ordinators wont stop attacking you when you talk to them. Bad Idea to kill people unless their in a smuggler's cave.

you can skip over where you need to talk to him and go and get moon and star from azura in the cavern of the incarnate this will let you skip to the end of the main quest. Or you can skip the main quest entirely and get sunder and keening and use like 20 restore health potions while you have them equiped(sunder and keening do fatal damage when you dont have the wraith guard on)
