My friend told me, that here on this forum is one tutorial for thief 3 editor which learn how to make a level portals between two diferent maps, but i can't find it, please if you know where it is, write here a link

It's on our wiki ((www.ttlg.com/wiki)), as part of the readme that may have come with your copy of the editor.

The particle effect is just a SmokySoup actor (or something with a similar name, in with the particle effects in the actor browser).
