I found a line in the default ini anyway that said schemachanges=false, but changing that to true hasn’t helped. And I’ve been making full builds and exporting for map as well.
Could someone whose got this working with the ini allowing form the vertex pool changes I have please post a copy of their ini. So I can see if there are any differences. A suspect the line [WinDrv.WindowsClient] because I have no idea where it came from (is it from the vertex thingy?).
Just in case it helps, after the first two error messages the editor comes up with one of the VICTORIA errors saying
Error Message

Someone tried to get a lock pointer to a schema that was not loaded!
Then windows comes up with a send error report/don’t send messages and makes me close it

This is my user.ini. (You don't need to change the same lines in default.ini because user.ini overwrites them.) I leave the block loading lines there for convenience when I'm making an ibt.

Success!
I tried your ini but it didn’t help. Then I searched the forum again this time for conversation read only and found this.

Turns out that because I had it installed in a folder on my desktop I couldn’t save the conversations.
I’ve only got my self to blame but it does seem pretty weird that this would cause a problem like that without any effect on anything ells. Oh well problem solve (again)

Looks like I fell at the last hurdle. I’ve been trying to package my mission with the latesion of garretloader and have included the files.
CONTENT\T3\Books\EMObjectives.dat
CONTENT\T3\Books\English\Briefings\pagansewers.sch
CONTENT\T3\Books\English\DeBriefings\pagansewers.sch
CONTENT\T3\Books\English\String_Tags\MapRooms.sch
CONTENT\T3\Books\English\String_Tags\Misc.sch
CONTENT\T3\Books\English\String_Tags\Quotes.sch
CONTENT\T3\Conversations\conid.txt
CONTENT\T3\Conversations\pagansewers.con
CONTENT\T3\maps\Entry.gmp
CONTENT\T3\maps\pagansewers.gmp
pagansewers.ibt
readme.txt
System\T3Gamesys.t3u
But after its zipped it and I try with garrettloader it doesn’t work. It gets into the game when you click new game it shows the briefing fine but when you try to load it I get an illegal operation message. So close
Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? I’ve tried it with all the kernel files and without any and get the same crash. The game plays the map from the editors system t3.exe fine and seemed to generate the ibt easily.

I don't see the sch's for your objectives. They're under Sounds/schemas/conversations/PlayerGarrett.

and did you remember the user_patch.ini for the expanded vertex pools?
It doesn't automagically increase them without one.
you might also need the Entry.ibt, and the Kernal*.ibt files if you've changed the gamesys.

Thanks that seems to have done. I included a user.ini and the objectives files, now its running.:thumb:
