Hmn just show us some more detailed pictures perhaps. But dont worry!! BSP is sometimes a bit random in Flesh... ;) Try building the roof from the beginning and take care that you build it as easily as possible. And build it as semi solids!

Duco: the roof was causing me problems too because of the intersecting angles, but I found a method in one of the UnrealEd sites that worked for me. I outlined it earlier in the thread (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1377225#post1377225) here.

Hey guffer! i have absolutely no experience with that so i cannot help you. But if you got it working now, it's fine! BTW what are you planning to do with that?

@Duco: If you don't get the roof to work, just make up a static mesh with 3ds max 5.1 . It's easy to learn and by now easier to get again. :)
