You've found the answer (cool), but don't be afraid or appologetic of asking for help.
Not in this thread at least.:thumb:

Thanks!:thumb: I just don't like asking questions that have already been answered (wasn't sure whether I used search option correctly).
Speaking of answers - while messing with scripts and properties I've already found a few cool and funny things, e.g. how to force objects to become a part of the door (the hammer symbol, a readable note, nailed with the knife). Now I'm trying to make objects fly when triggered (with a volume or by the switch), and it's working! :)

Does anyone know if ambient lights work? (lights with the property FleshLightType: FL_Ambient) I know AmbientVertex works, but I've never got Ambient to do anything. Is it yet another broken feature in T3ed?

Seems to me if that is the same light type I was trying for a huge outdoor area, it works, but only seems to light static meshes, none of the BSP surfaces are lit by it. Also the at the edges of the light the smeshes may be lit oddly.
I was also disappointed that you couldn't make it bigger than 255 (254 maybe?) units and use a huge ambient and keep the level ambient low, for long outdoor areas.
Or maybe it was Ambient vertex that I was playing with and you are right that Ambient doesn't do anything.

I use AmbientVertex quite a bit, but I've never managed to get the Ambient to work.
I keep trying (futily) to make them work as pre-baked non-realtime lights, which is probably a bit dim anyway.

I have trouble with Fence mode, but no trouble in store mode.
Game "freeze" whenever i try to enter fence mode, even though i have tried to setup after the Fence mode trial. It works perfect in Store mode.
With "freeze" i mean, Back button, esc and sell button dont work.
Have to enter Task manager to quit game.
Im open for suggestions :D

Have you tried to Create form a little away from the other brushes, and then move it to place, and make a full build? Remember i had similar problem too, but solved it this way.
Hope it help!

Nope. It's still the same. Thanks for suggestions anyway .

If your form is a little bit inside the roof you have two possibilities. The easy but sometimes unclean one is to deintersect before, the others method would be to clip your brush along the roofs line. If i got it right that should definitely be a solution.
But Roofs always make problems. I give you a nice hint now. Add them as semisolids. you cannot substract from semisolids, but they dont cause any cuts which is pretty usefull on more complex structures like a roof or something. The cause these nasty bsp-holes very often...
But anyway, I think it is forbidden to post that large pictures here on the forum. The next time you want to upload something, dont comprimise the jpg so that we can still see what is going on there and upload it at (
Imageshack) http://imageshack.us/. Pick the forumcode there and post that one.
