Well, I haven't finished either one of the Ultima Underworld games although both are sitting in my hard drive. I tried to start again today. But...
...The sounds. Getting DOS working and having some music in UW was easy enough (kudos to Twisty for his great guide), but they're way too loud. I'm using headphones, and they do not have a knob for adjusting volume - nor did my EAX card come with any DOS compatible software which could be used to lower the volume.
What gives?
