I could be off-base here, but I just popped into this thread and noticed something:
The incoming TCP/UDP port isn't even being forwarded to your computer.
I have relatively little clue about SS2 multiplayer, but forwarding that actual port might help if other people are having difficulty connecting to you.

My Brotehr And I recentley set up a Multiplayer thing.
I don't know how but it worked.
We both run on a Hamchi Network as an Ethernet-LAN didn't work.
We use a Wireless Broadband Connection.
The Main Router is downstairs and we're in our rooms on laptops we both use an adapter.
He keeps gittering and disapearing. Is there any significance?
Hamachi always stays connected as far as I know.
