Yeah, I'm still in the early stages of absorbing/falling in love with this beauty, but so far so great. I bought this and BRMC's latest at the same time and have barely touched the latter because I can't stop listening to the White Flag/Rhinestone Eyes/Stylo one-two-three punch.
I do miss the generous and incredible illustrated liner notes from Demon Days, but the shot of 2D in the boat is worth the price of admission alone.

I never listened to the first Gorillaz album, didn't like the second one(except for a few standout tracks) but Plastic Beach I've relistened to a few times now. It's great.

Yeah Snoop is better on this track than he's been in a long time.
Actually, come to think of it that might just be because the production is so good.
Actually, come to think of it, I'm not sure I've ever really liked Snoop. :erg: Might just be that all the songs I like by him have had good beats.

Snoop's best performance is in Freaknik where he doesn't rap at all.
