Pirated Harry Potter?

This thread was popped up in a Google Alert that I have set up for some particular postings.

Reads like a Harry Potter manuscript. I've not read the last two books so I don't know if there is any relationship, but it did arouse (love that word :D ) my curiosity.

Seems to be the Deathly Hallows. Why it's been posted now I have no idea. It's hardly new.
