As some of you will be aware from my cross-pollination with Starreh's birthday thread, I've got a photoblog up and running very recently that'll be getting updated more and more as time passes (with new and old material). I'm not an epic photographer by any means, most of the times I just point and click at something that looks vaguely good - and I try to split my photos of a holiday between including a person shots and shots of the scenery.
Anyway, enough of my babbling, (

enjoy!Up at the moment is a gallery of my little girl, Evelyn, and a collection of snaps from my Dec '04 holiday in Prague. Getting added in the coming months will be snaps from Cuba, Rome, Florence, Tuscany & Southern Italy, Barcelona and much much more.
Just FYI. :)

Cool, added to favourites :D

You were another whose comments casualty of war though, I had to delete your comment (like Iggles' comment) and move it to the appropriate photoblog post. Sadly, the gallery plug-in groups all comments under all of the galleries and hence there is no picture gallery specific comments page, the only specific page is the photoblog post on the mainpage.
But I've added a post to that effect on the mainpage, but I imagine I'll be fixing it for ages. :)

Prague had no snow in December? Climatic changes be damned.
Scots Taffer on 25/4/2006 at 13:23
Yeah, it was the week before Christmas as well... but apparently it needs to be colder than -5oC before it gets snow in Prague. :erm:

It hasn't much to do with tempertature, sometimes it snows even at +5C, but last fifteen years or so true snowy winter generally tends to begin later in central Europe. Perhaps if you have visited it in January...

I don't mind though, given that it was cold but dry we did loads of walking... if it had been trudging through snow, well, it might've been more festive but it would've also seriously hindered our travels.
(edit)
Tonight I'll be uploading some shots of Barcelona, which I visited in Sep 05.

Just a bump to say, I've uploaded over 20 photos from my trip to Barcelona for those people interested in some nice shots of Gaudi architecture. :)

Some of those are really great - I especially like the landscapes, although after browsing through all the galleries I kinda craved some photos with people in - it all felt rather deserted, although I suppose that's really a measure of the mood you captured so well in some of the photos. The prescence of people conspicious by their abscence, like the abandoned reservation.
So yeah, nice work. Did you do any editing or colour manipulation on them at all or are they just straight from film?
