Can anyone recommend a free photo editor that surports/imports TGA file´s and maby even save´s as TGA´s

http://www.gimp.org/) The GIMP should open them. It's free and although the user interface is more than a little quirky it should do the job.

If you want something that's a bit easier to get used to, I'm fairly sure (
http://www.paint.net/) Paint.NET handles TGAs fine too.

I´v lookde at Paint.net but can´t see what formats it surport´s but I´l hav a go at download it to see :erg:

Put it this way: TGA is a supported file type, as I opened the program to check that it was before I posted. ;)
