i cannot find the phone # ANYWHERE!! Maybe one of you guys could help me. I just bought morrowind today for my pc. i have all the required systems specs, and actually just bought a geforce4 just so i could play this game. So i bought the collectors edition, and I installed morrowind and construction set and the patch all at once. i clicked on the morrowind icon, and the menu came up, and i clicked play. Well, all it did was pop up a little tiny window that said morrowind at the top(less than 1/4 the screen) and then just says morrowind has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. I updated my drivers, i changed it to 32 bit color mode, and NOTHING helps. Could someone PLEASE help me!! Im begging!! Between the geforce4 and the collectors edition ive spent more than $120 and will do anything to make sure it isnt a waste! ANY and ALL help WILL be appreciated!
Edit: I did find the phone #, but it dosent open until monday GGGGGGRRRRRRRRRR!!! today is friday, and its past 5, so please guys, help me. i can send anyone a screenshot of what it looks like, if the use AIM, my screen name is Prexus86, im usually on a lot.

ok, it took me 3 hours, but i fixed my own problem.
BUT, now, when i play morrowind, it is SO choppy!!! i dont know the command to show fps, but with my geforce4 im guessing that im getting maybe like 3 fps, and thats hella gay. I searched the forums already, and followed up on the sticky post about doing the no-cd check thing, but it didnt work, it actually failed miserably. could someone explain it on this post since no one probably reads that other post unless they need it themselves. please help, ill sned money through the mail i pppppppppprrommissseee:cheeky:

To show your fps you need to edit the Morrowind.ini file found in your Morrowind folder. Just open it in notepad and near the top you should see a line :
Show FPS=0
Change that to :
Show FPS=1
and save. The next time you start Morrowind you will see a fps counter if you did it right.
