Is there any one out there who can help me with some IT problems we are having at work, specifically remote desktop connections that no longer seem to be working. I think it may have something to do with credentials but dont know enough about it to follow this up

Can anyone recommend me someone in Perth OZ that can help me out

Are the computers on the same network? Have their IP addresses changed? Have account names/passwords changed?

(http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx) TeamViewer and (https://secure.logmein.com/products/hamachi/download.aspx) Hamachi might be able to make remote access easier.

No the computers are on different networks
The Server is at our warehouse and the remotely connecting computers use a portable 4g modem to connect to the server
The problem occurred when we changed our hosting company for our web site and internet
So i changed the relevant ip information to point in the right direction and the log in works to a point
ie i can connect to the server from the remote computer but it tells me the user name or password are incorrect
I have verified that the user name and password are correct by logging in as that user on the server computer so from my searching google it would appear that the credentials on the remote computer is the old information and therefore incorrect

I do not know if im barking up the wrong tree here or how to find this info in xp so i can delete it
