Yeah, it's got a little delay and reverb on it already, maybe not enough though. I hadn't tried panning the vocals at all, so maybe I'll give that a go next time. Part of the problem I was facing is that the singer didn't have a great quality microphone and it seemed to clip no matter what she did, so I didn't double the track to try and conceal the dips in quality I couldn't fix.

Its often good to have a reference track while you mix, as in a song that you would like your song to sound like, so you can reference back to it and see how it compares. As far as reverb goes you often need a lot more than you think, listen to some isolated vocal tracks from classic songs.

something I did for a bit of fun during iso-times. Bit long, but well worth watching until the end ;)

I enjoyed that; very chill.

yeh not really sure what i was going for with that, its kinda supposed to have a story, as its 2 different korean movies made in the late 70's? I am pretty sure most of it is just shit they cobbled together from early macross or whatever. I just spliced some clips together in no particular order, was fun doing it tbh.
of course apart from the intro, all the music is 100 percent piglick, quality assured

(

I have recently released an album that was stuck in development hell for almost nine years. Because of that it's pretty much the work of my life, at this point. Post-rock / experimental / instrumental stuff. Give it a listen if you feel like it.
