For some reason my PM count indicates that I have an Unread message, though as far as I can tell, I've read all of them..
To add to the confusion, the Total count does match the total number of messages I see in the IN and SENT box... :erg:
So my question is:
Do I really have an unread message? And, if so, how do I get to view this?

Reading a message doesn't actually mark it as read. You have to check the box in the inbox that corresponds to the unread message and select "Mark as read" from the box-list-thing at the bottom. Unread messages have on the left (rather than ), and the name of the sender will be in bold.

Ah, thanx, that solved it.
None of the messages had the

It isn't supposed to behave like that, it is a bug. Unfortunatley I need to set up FTP and Admin accounts with default styles for Jellsoft support staff and I haven't had the time. However, this thread has reminded that I need to open a support ticket, so I shall try and do that this afternoon.
