If you ask the guys outside the daedric shrine's their background they will normally tell you they are a witch hunter or knight or mage or something similiar. Witchhunter NOT daedrahunter, and if they actaully went inside to hunt witchs it would spoil your fun.

It is just another one of the features they couldn't squeeze into TES III, like horses (the Dunmer eat them) and Dragons (The cliffracers scared them off). That one always irritated me actually; this kind of missing feature destroys an RPing atmosphere imo. Another being that NPCs don't do anything unless you are around.

Dragons? Oh, they're everywhere! You must fly very high to see most of them, though. The ones nearer the ground are very hard to see, being invisible
