I found this a few months ago. Interesting interview, and I wished he went in a lot more detail.

You're right though,you'd think most of the Dev team working on Thief had done interview(s) on this iconic game.They must be around somewhere...

Thanks for posting that, ladderman - I always forget what I've seen so didn't realise/remember that it had been posted before. Internet's being hiccuppy today so I'll have another go tomorrow as I don't remember seeing it before. It's still amazing that Thief keeps us all engrossed 20 years on.
