Version 1.04 is the final version for Flight II, I believe.

You can find patches from v1.01 and v1.02 at the Gamesdomain:

(If you own Flight III you can import the Flight II terrain into the latter sim, and get all the features of the sequel in the San Francisco bay area, but that's not really a 'patch' as such :)
