Sorry if this has been covered already. I did a mild search and didn't find anything.

Is there going to be another patch after 1.004?

At this point I'm kinda committed to finish without patching, but would like to know the status or the current issues the game has that needs attending.

Also, can someone point out where I can dl patch 1.004 without having to join up to anything (like Fileplanet)

Yes. There will be a 1.1 patch (I think it's 1.1) which will include a new playing mode, freeplay, once you've finished the game.

byw, what's Freeplay mean? I've seen it mentioned on this forum, and it looks like most people are anxious for it.

It means that once you finish the game you should get an option to continue playing, wander the zone, take more miniquests, etc. Something similar has been offered in Fallout 2. Though personally I think this would be very boring for me. There have been at least few neat surprises in Fallout 2 for post-end players.

Actually, from the descriptions I read it seems to be like a whole different type of game, and not simply coming back to the zone and wandering aimlessly around.
