I keep getting dumped to the desktop in winxp after playing for a while. Has this been addressed? Is there a patch?
Thanx in advance.

I get the same thing. It's usually after a quick save or pause to load a new area. When the game loads a new area, or after a quick save, it helps to take your fingers off the keyboard.

i've also found that focusing some of your brain energy upon your comp helps. eg. scream inccredibly loud at it OR tense all your muscles at the same time, for the duration of loading/saving/loading map and pray that you dont break your knuckes after beating the shit out of your computer if it crashes ONE MORE TIME!

http://www.plauder-smilies.com/biggrinflip.gifIts the keyboard that takes the brunt of my abuse, since we are on the topic of crashes and glitches has anyone heard of a fix for the scrolling of spells ,my keys lock up everytime I play and it keeps asking do you want to delete this spell, right clicking and choosing doesnt help niether does choosing different keys,in a two hour game play period i have to do this 4 or 5 times, its incredably annoying, especially while you in the middle of a battle.

Well, there's a workaround of sorts; right-click to get to the spells/inv/map/stats screen, then tap your shift key. Of course, that doesn't stop it from happening from time to time...
