I'm one of those people who reuses one of 3-4 passwords everywhere... but I'm coming to think that this might not be the best way to go about it. So I was wondering: what are your experiences with password managers? Which ones can you recommend?

Can Password Safe be synced with mobile (and particularly iOS) devices?

I've had a few friends who spoke well of (http://keepass.info/) KeePass, but I have not yet had the time to try it myself.
