I suppose you could call it sexually active, but sexually active means you're engaging in sexual behaviour - not necessarily intercourse. It's not a category saying you're having a lot of sex possibly with many different partners
To further complicate things, I'd actually describe several of my friends as a bit 'slutty', so when I say it, it's generally not from the pulpit

I think that since a fair amount of her fame comes from her sexual activities (I'd never even heard of her prior to the infamous video) "slutty" applies pretty well.

It's also a pretty pejorative term too. She's a single girl with a lot of free time on her hands - why shouldn't she sleep around?
