hi guys...
i wonder if i need those people living under the papillon chambers... i mean do i need them later? i just enter to see what they have and they attack me... there are ash zombies in one of them... am i supposed to kill them or not? i think i will need those chambers in the main quest... but i still don't know whatthey are used for... i have a papillon index but don't know what to do with it... i think it's used for travelling... can i use it now? it would be good to travel through those chambers... also those are the 6th house bases right? (i think i should start the main quest before i kill all the people in Vvanderfel:erg: )
and one more thing: is there a daedric ruin that is different from others? because i just enter, pick the heart under the statue, kill the dremora lord, take his weapon (if not a dwemer weapon) drop the heart, and leave... i think i will stop entering them soon as i'm getting bored of it... ald daedroth was interesting - now i have over a million golds
:cheeky: - and the ones for skullcrusher, and eleidon ward(it looks like Barbie's shield:laff: and suits well to skullcrusher...although i prefer glass towershield)...
anyway i'd like to know if there is any quest giving daedric statues other then azura and malacath that gives the helmet of....bearclaw. there must be some more right?
thanks...

First of all - it's Propylon chambers... Papillon is french for butterfly - IIRC!
But there shouldn't be any trouble in slaying all of the people inside the strongholds. However you might accidentally kill the enchant master trainer. He's in the northern stronghold in the grazelands region - just before the exit. He might be agressive - and you would need to calm(by spell or scroll) him in order to talk to him.
With regard to daedra quests there are several:
Azura
Malacath
Sheogorad
Boethiah
Mehrunes Dagon
Molag Bal
If you want more info you should be able to find complete spoilers for all quests here in this forum. Search for "daedra" "prince" and "quest" - should make them come forth. Eventually make a search for the actual name of one of the said daedra.
But I would recommend that you find and solve them by yourself. The shrine of Boethiah however can be VERY difficult to find!

The Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw huh? I'll give you a hint to the whereabouts of the Daedric Shrine... it's somewhere in the Sheogard Region (west of Dagon Fel.) If you just want to go ahead and get the location, then:
The shrine is called Assurdirapal. It's just west of the Sanctus Shrine (on the long, skinny island that curves northwards)
I can give you some more locations if you want. But the Shrine of Boethiah is definately the hardest to find... so I'm gonna play games with you, heh. If you want to find the shrine without any help at all, good luck. But if you want some help:
Southeast of Dagon Fel is a very, very small island. You can just see it on the ingame map... on the island you'll find M'aiq the Liar. Talk to him... .. he's hilarious. And, incidentally, only two topics are true. Guess which two ^.^
*coughs* M'aiq isn't very accurate though... Heh.

thank u... yes i've found some spoilers about daedra quests... i didn't think they were so popular:)
oh sorry...i have The Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw... i've completed that one and the azuras quest before...that's a nice cap isn't it?...:) and azura gave me her star... am i supposed to hang it on the christmas tree??? i know it is a soul gem but i can't dare to use it...
and today i've found the rusty dagger... and that quest is already finished.
i'm gonna look for the other three... i think i will look for the sheogorath first... as i know where it is. and then i will search for the others:) So u say that Maiq the liar knows where Boethiah is...should i trust him?:sly:
is that "enchant master trainer" at Indoranyon? - which is east of Zainab camp on the coast...
thanks...

About Azura's Star
Azura's star is a re-useable soul gem. I know, I was afraid to use it myself till I found out here about it!
Yep.
And sorry... I read that wrong. I thought you were looking for the shrine to get the Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw. And M'aiq the Liar is... um... crazy. But for the shrine of Boethiah? He's almost right. Just a bit off.
The other shrine? Hmm... Oh! The Shrine of Mephala! I guantee you won't find this if you're looking for it. Why?
... Because it's not in a Daedric Shrine. Go check out the Commona Tong's HQ (Entrance is in the storage area of Vivec Arena.) You'll find a man wearing a cool helmet, standing infront of a shrine/altar (not behind it.) Just talk to him and you'll find out a person needs poisoning... Go ahead do what he asks, return and he'll tell you Mephala wants to speak with you. So approach the Altar, activate it, and you get your little present.
Hope that made sense. And I won't tell you what you get. I want it to be a surprise ;)

Cammona Tong HQ
It's the Morag Tong HQ. Entirely different guilds, each with their own Imperial counterparts. The Cammona Tong HQ is below Fatleg's Drop-Off in Hla Oad.
it would be good to travel through those chambers... also those are the 6th house bases right?
If you have the Propylon Index for the destination stronghold, go to a stronghold close to the one you want to get to and enter the Propylon Chamber. The propylon for the destination stronghold should be on one of the platforms. Just activate it, and you'll be teleported.
IIRC, only one or two of the strongholds are Sixth House bases. Telasero and probably one other. The most notable Sixth House bases are at Illunibi and Mamaea, and if you do all of the quests that branch off of the main quest, particularly the one involving Zainsubani, you'll get to Mamea, even if Zainsubani's instructions are horrible. Mamea has an artifact Chitin Dagger, The Fang of Hymenthatatet (sp?). Illunibi has the Fists of Randagulf, Artifact Chitin Gauntlets and is directly part of the Main Quest.
The strongholds are mainly just Daera worshippers, smugglers, necromancers, covens, and other attack-on-sight freaks. For a good laugh, go to Rotheran. The exception is Marandus, which is full of Redorans. The only other person that doesn't attack on sight, IIRC, is an alchemist in one of the Propylon Chambers.

Haha, lol. Morag Tong. My bad.
Kafein on 5/6/2003 at 05:24
yepp...i've heard that it is (the azuras star) re-usable, but i dont dare to use it because i dont know how to re-use it:( ah... u mean by "until i found here about it" that u searched about it...ok i ll do it...yesterday i've found many things by searching and now i know it's useful:)
and... i've got that quest which is given by the morag tong at vivec... (i've heard about that place and just went there to have a look...sucked up the whole short blade knowledge of the lady there and then spoke to that guy.... but havent gone balmora since than... i think i should arrange a tour to balmora soon:cheeky: thanks...)
i've gone mamaea for The Fang of Hymenthatatet and found it but i didn't like it, so i just loaded my save "before entering mamaea"... because i was frightened:sweat: i saw an ASH VAMPIRE!!! and did't want to mess any quests by killing someone or just entering there... so i should keep myself far from Fists of Randagulf for now... because i will meet them later...:) actually i marched to mamaea when i heard the fang was there because i thought the fang was the "glowing dagger" that i saw in a screenshot of someone here... maybe it was one of u... do u know what that is? i want to find it but has no idea about it... it was a fang-like dagger glowing like a neon tube...
i ve been in rethoran too... the guy there... has that claymore... mmm...something of monarch.... anyway... i've killed him to see what his robe is for and found out that sword is there too.. but loaded my last save again to not to mess anything again (and i didn't like the robe and the sword was too heavy :erg: )
thank u guys... now everything is clear...
RyushiBlade on 5/6/2003 at 06:30
Ice Blade of the Monarch? That's actually a pretty good sword. And the Fang of Haynekhtnamet (yeah, that's spelled right) isn't the most powerful... but I'm pretty sure it's more powerful than the other Dagger-Artifact.
In order to complete the quest for the Morag Tong you'll need the 5 Treated Bittergreen Petals he gave you... hope you didn't sell them. Or lose them.
Everything seems too heavy for you Kafein. Get that strength up bud! ;)
You could always get corprus and get your strength up like that. It's not like your cheating :cheeky:
