Yeah, Scoop almost embarrassingly so.
Match Point was good though.
Some of those shots are pretty good ... it's good you can get close enough in. Usually when they shoot movies around the Village (NYC), they'll block off enough so it's hard to see anybody.
Not too long ago Will Smith was filming a new movie in near-by Washington Sq Park ... with bands of marines walking around everywhere, and I remember walking down the street once and suddenly seeing these huge explosions, as one car after another exploded into flames on WSNorth until a whole 3 block radius was buried in black smoke. I was really stunned for a moment ... it wasn't near where any other filming had taken place. But my brain finally clicked and I figured out I had to be for the movie. Too bad I didn't get pictures.
