Painkiller: how do I unlock the levels?

Hi.

I just finished playing Painkiller, finished all the levels, and to my dismay, when I went back to restart a new game in a specific level, it said that all levels would be locked again and I'd have to restart from the first one all over again... :( Is there a way to unlock all the levels so I don't have to restart the whole thing?

Download Powermad 3.62 and install it, the cheat you want is "pkalllevels".

Why would you restart the game? Just go back and replay the already-unlocked levels again.

The only way I could do that is by saving each level and then loading the save game. If I wanna start a new game on a level of my choosing, I can't, because the game re-locks all the levels except for the first.
