I started building a mission influenced by 'The Sword' from Thief 1 recently :

and decided I needed some new AI since the pagan's voices can get annoying and I don't like the giant rats or treebeasts that much. I've been trying to make a Viktoria-like wood nymph creature :

I think the statue is the most successful so far :

I used a wood texture by Judith and changed the colour then renamed it to whichever texture it was going to replace. The head is 1024x1024 but the body had to be double that or it was overstretched as you can see with the topless zombie attempt. The zombie doesn't work but the Artemis mesh looks ok. I'll have to try adding hands to the skin which might be tricky. They're using the cradle staff member voice tag for now.

Now that's sorta creepy. So you're not trying to combine it with the old Hammerite thing?

The apparition? No that is totally separate though they are using the same mesh and voice tag. I might look into making new voice files for it. The cradle staff and treebeasts can't have that many, maybe I could switch them with new ones.

I'd ask why you're referring to a bunch of creepy guys as nymphs, but... I don't think I want to know.

There is no such thing in mythology. Same with a nymph - female by definition. The male counterpart to a nymph is a satyr.

If you want a more fitting mythological/cultural reference though, you might want to take a look at the (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_Man) Green Man.
