Otherside is working on two projects at the moment that I know of.
One is a mixed co op, single player fantasy RPG by Warren Spector called something like Argos Riders of the Storm or something. That is most likely what the job listing is for.
The other one is I believe being led by Paul Neurath, and its a coop stealth game called Thick as Thieves.
