It's a shame that being a
humorous douche is sufficient reason to avoid banning for being an all-around dick.

Alright, (
http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/03/watch-the-sounds-of-skyrim-get-made-pre-order-the-four-disc-sou/) here's some stuff on Skyrim's audio works. A little bit about the music in the first half, and a bit about the voices in the second. And yes, a few new snippets of video here and there too.
To cover the info you probably want most at this point - 12 voice actors for Oblivion, and some 70 for Skyrim, fulfilling around 110 roles. Now what remains to be seen is how good those renditions turn out...

Well, with seventy voice actors, there's a higher chance of there being more meh in there, but also an equal amount of mediocre to good as well to balance it off; this is, of course, better than having a limited pool of 12 and giving probability enough reason to be a bitch, resulting in all of them being meh.
The only remaining problem is Beth's writers can only pen woefully inert scripts, something which would cause most good voiceover artist performances to tumble back down into meh valley anyhoo.

Lol.
I am torn right now. Skyrim is scheduled to be released in stores this Friday, but Steam shows its release date as Thursday (10th). Decisions, decisions. As much as I love Steam, I also like having the hard copies of games. Speaking of Steam, anyone know how they'll handle the creation/construction set? Another DLC, maybe, or just included in the original game download?
