HEY FOLKS, long time, no type! Is anyone still hanging around in here? I've recently been re-playing TNSFC and been having a real blast with the game :)
I own the CD and have all of the documentation that came with the game that I bought eons ago. The Steam/GOG versions also include a scanned image of an Armor Schematic poster, and I also just bought the GOG version for the heck of it, and just downloaded the Armor Schematic.
Now a question: That image looks EXTREMELY familiar, but that poster/document didn't come with my old store-bought copy. The image looks to be scanned from a poster that was folded up a lot to fit in a retail game's box.
Where did that image originally come from? Was it a poster that shipped with the original retail game (that for some reason I don't have)? I even looked at a BUNCH of EBay listings for the complete boxed game, but none of the EBay listings' photos show that Armor Schematic poster.
Really has me confused, as like I said, that image looks REALLY familiar.

I'm not sure either. It's not something I have as a poster. There are other wire-frame PBA schematics to be seen in the game's printed materials of course, but I don't recall that particular layout.
I can only guess that either it was included in the physical release in another region, or else LGT had printed some for the office, and ex-LG staff provided GOG with a scan when they were preparing the release.

I'm thinking maybe it was included in another region release. I've seen scans of two versions of the manual, and maybe it came with the other one of those.
Still weird though, as for some strange reason I seem to remember that poster.

Nice find!
If I do in fact have one of those then I must have kept it folded to the point where I forgot that it existed :)
The photo does make me want to dig out my box of manuals to see if it's lurking in there...

That's what I was thinking too... That I had left it folded up and stored it somewhere.
A few weeks ago I went through every single software manual that I own (and I have a *TON* of software documentation), but no luck. I didn't page through every single page of every single manual though, so I suppose that it could still be hiding somewhere.
THAT IS, if I'm not dreaming the whole thing up that I may have ACTUALLY HAD that poster LOL!
P.S. I even found the little white (now extremely yellowed) envelope that the documentation for the game came in, AS WELL AS the Virgin Software catalog that was included in the box. Also, all of the other little miscellaneous registration cards and items.
P.P.S. The only thing that I don't have is the original box <aarrgghh>. What are the odds that the poster (if I actually had it) was left in the long-since gone box <double-aarrgghh>?
Really a mystery here! This is driving me CRAZY... which is NOT hard to do LOL!
