Nop. Never ask for any task involve Vivec... From which fraction?
But I'm still in the Temple and do their task. But every time I come back to High Fane, I need to kill at least one Ordinator inside (I just run to the door and avoid the two outside).

After you get all the Nerevarine and Hortator quests done, you're asked to visit the arch-canon; he, in turn, asks you to visit Vivec, who tells the Ordinators to stop attacking you if they'd normally do so because you're the Nerevarine. Of course, I suspect that that counts for next to nothing if you've killed any...

I have the same problem as AlexLaw but I am not with the temple,it started when I finally got pissied off at those ordinators who kept calling scum,so i decided to talk to one,I was wearing helmet at the time,talk ended in his death and now all roamers are out to get me doesnt matter if i have indoriil stuff on or not and there is no bounty on me the way I figure it is if you have helmit on and do that one talk you then marked for ever untill maybe you do this viviec thing, havent got there yet

I too have the same problem! Most ordinators in public places just treat me as normal but the ones inside places like the temple and in the wasteworks and stuff attack me on site!
Only once did I wear Indoril armour and talk to one, I then killed him but now I want it to stop! Is there anything I can do? Surely theres something in the TES to stop them attacking?
Is this a bug or intended?
Cheers

One guess as to why this happens... most times, when the developers want an AI to attack based on a dialogue option, they'll use a 'SetFight 100' command, which means the AI's gotta attack 100% of the time. Well, the Ordinators are no different, they use the same command for the "you're wearing my armor!" dialogue.... but as I think about it, the 'SetFight' command may set a global variable shared by all of their cloned brethren (so talking to a wandering Ordinator while wearing might get all wandering to attack). Thus, for instance, all wandering Ordinators attack but the stationary ones leave you alone.
As an experiment, you might try talking to a stationary Ordinator while wearing the helm or cuirass and seeing if all stationary ones start attacking as well.
Oh, and as to how to stop it, this might work:
"ordinator wander"->SetFight 0
(or try using a 1 instead of the 0 if the game complains)
Edit: Cleared up one possibly confusing point...

I found some Ordinator armor on a dead one outside a stronghold early on, and started wearing it. It makes them angry. Now they all attack me on site... except the "unique" ones. The ones that have actuall names I mean... instead of just saying "Ordinator". They started it.... that armor was mine, fair and square. They want to kill me just cause one of thier "elite" couldn't hang with some stronghold ruffians? They deserve the hammer to the face. I have a collection of over 80 ordinator helms decorating the walls of my stronghold.
My conscience is clear.
Just kill them... they deserve it, and thier stuff is worth good loot. If they attack you, you can kill them witout incuring a bounty.
"Keep moving, scum." Buddy, do you realise I'm the savior of your entire world? Hammer to the face.
P.S. It's also kinda funny to enchant a dagger with disentigrate armor, and weapon, and just attack them, and keep healing them. Then punch them till they are knocked out, and steal thier gear. Eventually they are just chasing you around in expensive pants. "Ohhhh.... scaaarrrry." Thier armor seems to respawn in a couple game days though.
