One day when I step in Vivec, I got attacked by some Ordinators when they see me. (It's different with before that I got attacked if I wear their helm and talk to them. Actually at very before I can even wear their helm and talk to them). I'm still member of Temple (but is expelled once when I do the task of Imperial legion).
The strange thing is that really only happen to some of them (I got attacked and I kill one at Hlaalu Vault before another. But I can still talk to that guy and he like me - 92/100). How can this happen? Although I can kill any one challenge me, I don't want to be a serial killer (I already killed at least 10 and got many money from their stuff). Can anybody help to solve this. I still need to go to the Library and don't want to kill all those guys...

Are you wearing Indoril armor, or do you have a bounty? If you have a bounty and you're in the Thieve's Guild, someone will take it off you for 1/2 the price, which I'm sure is pretty high for as many Ordinators as you've killed. If you're wearing Indoril, just un-equip it b4 you walk into a town with Ordinators (specifically the helm, cuirass, and shield)

Nop. As I've said, I can still talk to the survivor... I have no bounty and not wearing any of their stuff. (Wearing their helm only trigger attack after talk to them).

One more thing. I actually kill the Ordinator IN FRONT OF the other and can talk to him beside the dead Ordinator's body!

Obviously, there are 2 kinds of Ordinator, attack me and not attack me. The group attacking me includes "partrolling" Ordinator and one in High Fane (I'm not sure he's patrolling or not as once I enter, he attack and got killed). Not attacking me are those "station" (like stand in tradehouse, beside Vault gate).
But the question is how do I piss them off and got attack everytime on spot and the other question is can I put off their anger?

There are two kinds of Ordinators - patrolling and guarding - as I recall. You've annoyed one group by borrowing the armour, but not the other...
The solution should be obvious...

What solution? Just kill anyone attacking me?
I'm afraid there will be another rumor about Ordinators' bodies everywhere on the ground and some are nake (no armor), blah blah blah...

Only helmet and cuirass is marked Ordinator Uniform... And you only get attacked when wearing those if you start talking to an ordinator!
The problem probably has arisen when you made the imperial quest - you shouldn't kill those ordinators... Just flee and swim out through the underworks!
I don't believe there's a problem if you taunt an ordinator into attacking you - then it's selfdefense... However if they attack because you're wanted - then killing them will count as murder! But the thief guild should be able to take care of your problem!
If not - then you're gonna have a lot of dead ordinators on you conscience!

I have that problem to but I did not wear any of their armor...they have been after me ever since I got named the nevarine by all the tribes and hortator of all the houses.Even now that I have finished the main quest and killed Dagoth-ur they still chase me.The only ones who don't are the ones outside the halls of justice and around the shrines and all the ones with a specific name.I have killed dozens of them but they attack first and I have no bounty on me so I know thats not whats doing it either.I just try to avoid them, but when I make a trip to Vivec I just defend myself when I can't avoid them.:thumb:

Didn't you go see the Arch-canon as you were asked to do? Around the time of the fifth trial - correct me if I'm wrong - you are told to seek out the Arch-canon in Vivec... He wants you to go see Vivec himself and then you get accepted by the temple - you have done this haven't you? Otherwise that might be the explanation!
