Probably nothing would happen. They never realized that their leader was a vampire. However their wouldbe great irony if you went back and bit them all in their sleep. Maybe it's possible to infect them?

They won't notice if you're a vampire while you do the quest.

Well I mean deep vampire, like not bitten anyone for a week. That people say "No! Get away!" whenever you talk to them.
