Those were firstposted in an (

Obviously the NMA freaks are up in arms about how Bethesda's turning the game even more into a shooter and that the setting "is not Fallout!", but I really like Beth's experimental approach, trying to do something totally different with the engine etc.
That tank looks ass though.

So far I can't really say I'm excited about the DLC for Fallout 3. Granted, I haven't finished the original campaign yet, but nothing of what's been announced seems all that impressive.

I'm interested in seeing what the Pitt is like. In theory it should be based on pre-Renaissance Pittsburgh, which means steel foundries along the Point, more bridges/remains of bridges than we currently have, etc.

Considering how much more I enjoyed the side quest experience compared to the main quest, I'm looking forward to seeing more about these stories.

I've only barely scratched the surface of the main story in Fallout 3 so far as I have been wandering across the world getting caught up in all manner of side quests. This was pretty much the approach I used with Oblivion but unfortunately I found that the main quest paled in comparison with some of the other quests, such as the various Guild quests, and I thus found the main story rather disappointing -- I hope that I wont relive that experience with F3. I found the complete opposite with Morrowind however, as it had a rather remarkable main story yet only offered bland side quests in general, in my opinion.

The main stories OK, but I have to warn you - the ending is fucking terrible.

The stealth concept sounds all cool and that, but the DLC just being set in a simulated world within a simulated world that is simulated is a little... quirky?

I thought the VR level was one of the highlights of the game.
