Hi,
I tried opde-0.2.9 on my Thinkpad T61P 2.2GHZ, Gefore 8700/570m. It got about 18 FPS at 1920x1200 in OpenGL.
It looks really good!

Thanks!
What mission did you test with this result?
BrendaEM on 21/3/2009 at 16:54
It was the first one that came up, with Basso and Gwenivere. I am probably forcing some AA and Anisotropic too.
This project might be the best hope for so many who have worked so hard to make so many missions.
Need collision : )
I had wondered if at some point there could an option for per-pixel lighting such was implimented in Quake 1, (

Sure, it's possible - it's only way down on the list of priorities :)

Any more news on this?

Development is slow the last few months... Anyway we have a 2D rendering service implementation now that is capable of clipped bitmap and font rendering (which was needed for all the HUD and menu stuff). I'm doing some clean-ups currently before jumping into the simulation code.

I've just installed the demo (opde-0.2.9.exe) it looks really good!

I am also guilty of not having worked on it much recently. My last activity was rewriting parts of the Input Service but it is not complete yet.

Those are the bursts of activity we all have :)
