For me, the most difficult quest has been stopping myself from playing Morrowind until 4am ;)

I played a bit with my first characture and it was harder for me on certain quests,but easier on others, the second time arround,so it would depend where your characture is in relation to what quest you are doing.(granted I have not faced Dagoth Ur yet!)

Finding that guy to assassinate in the Ashlands Region, where you had to find a steam pit and go north from there.. there was literally 30 steam pits! It was really hard.

Sulipund Mage's guild quest. It wasn't that hard, but it sure is a LOOOONNNGGGG walk for a level 5 character. Especially with hordes of cliffracers swarming on you. I must've taken about 3 hours real-time to finally get there.

Fargoth's ring (if it's the thing im thinking of) is right in the open spot between sections of that first building in Seyda Neen in a barrel.

Finding the witch that Winesoot (or whatever the hell his name was) was enchanted by.. You know, the guy north of Caldera who's "Axecleaver" weapon and clothes were stolen.. He said northwest, and I travelled with him quite a ways....... Until finally realizing it was only a guess on his part :o :mad:
Ha ha.. Whatever happened to him? I just remember running and jumping up a very steep crevice and him nowhere to be seen after that (Pemenie the merchant made it up.. Maybe it was her shoes of "Blinding Speed" :laff: :tsktsk:). I still want that axe!
