Yeah, so I disabled my monitor's chipsets in the device manager (don't ask). Now my monitor won't turn on. I tried another monitor, and it won't work either. Any suggestions?

Hmm this extremly unlicky, simply boot into safe mode, setup the monitor and resolution and reboot..
and/or
have you tried redetecing the monitor via the hardware add/remove wizard...

No, it would remain off and the light would be orange instead of green. I fixed the problem though. Somehow, removing my graphics card made it come back on. Dunno why.
